Nature is often present in textiles from Studio Maria Löw. The inspiration for Ink came from the foliage of the chestnut trees in one of Stockholm’s parks, Djurgården: “When working with watercolour, the challenge is not losing the rigor of the pattern. I wanted to present the subject on the border between the figurative and the abstract. The theme creates a harmonious feel for the workplace and public space.” Ink is made of flame-retardant Trevira in four colour schemes.
