The pattern Midsummer is a limited edition created on the theme of “The Spirit of Hospitality” for the Japanese department store, Isetan: “With this pattern, I wanted to convey the feeling of midsummer in Sweden when the sun goes down and the light just barely filters through the trees as we set out a feast amongst the greenery and foliage. In this pattern, it is the gap between the forms in the foliage that fascinates me.”
